Delivery Information

Every Hugobloom arrangement is prepared fresh on the morning of delivery and dispatched with care across Adelaide Metro. Below is everything you need to know before placing your order.

Delivery Area

We deliver within the Adelaide metropolitan area, Tuesday through Saturday. For location-specific enquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Tuesday – Friday: Order by 12:00pm for same-day delivery.
  • Saturday delivery: Orders must be placed by Friday 12:00pm. No same-day Saturday orders are accepted.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday will be scheduled for the following Tuesday — the next available delivery day.
  • There is no delivery on Sundays or Mondays.

Fresh Flower Guarantee

All arrangements are hand-crafted fresh on the day of delivery. As flowers are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours and we will attend to it promptly.
