Fresh Flowers Policy
At Hugobloom we take great pride in the quality and freshness of every arrangement we create. All our blooms are sourced fresh on the morning of your delivery and arranged by hand with the utmost care. No refunds on fresh flowers. Credits can be given if flowers are proven to not be fresh, and the condition is not at the fault of the customer or recipient, within a maximum of 2 days of purchase.
Flower Issues
Contact us within 2 days of purchase with: your order number · a photo of the flowers clearly showing the issue · a brief description of how the flowers have been cared for. Our team will assess your request and respond within 24 hours. Credits are issued as a Hugobloom store credit valid for 12 months.
Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered as expected — wrong address, missing items or damage during transit — please contact us immediately at hello@hugobloom.com or call 08 7095 4074 and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. To cancel please contact us at hello@hugobloom.com
